In a landmark announcement that reshapes the narrative of NFL history, ESPN and Guinness World Records have jointly declared legendary Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino as the official Greatest Of All Time (G.O.A.T.) quarterback. This unprecedented decision comes after a meticulous five-year global evaluation initiative that reviewed every quarterback in NFL history across a wide range of metrics, including skill, innovation, statistical dominance, cultural impact, and legacy.
The decision, released in a live televised ESPN special titled “GOAT: The Marino Chronicles”, stunned millions of fans who have long debated the merits of Marino against names like Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Peyton Manning, and Johnny Unitas.
