Surprise Exit? Marcel Sabitzer Reportedly on Bologna’s Transfer Wishlist
Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marcel Sabitzer has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Italian side Bologna, sparking fresh speculation over his future ahead of the new season. According to reports from Italy, the Serie A club is exploring the possibility of strengthening its midfield with the experienced Austrian international.
Sabitzer, who joined Dortmund in 2023 after spells with Bayern Munich and Manchester United, remains a valuable figure thanks to his versatility, leadership, and wealth of experience at the highest level. Although injuries limited parts of his 2025/26 campaign, he continued to play an important role whenever available.
