Today, I want to share something that has truly touched me as a parent. My autistic son, with his incredible mind and unique perspective, created something so beautiful and detailed that I felt compelled to celebrate it publicly. He poured his heart into a design — a project he crafted with care, focus, and imagination. When he finished, he didn’t boast or expect praise. He simply asked one humble question: “What do you think of my work?”
And I’ll be honest — I was amazed.
As a parent, you always see your child’s potential. But when that potential is expressed in such a real, tangible way, especially by a child who often navigates a world that doesn’t always understand him, it’s powerful.
