Clemson’s pieces on offense have fallen back into place this week with quarterback Cade Klubnik and receiver Antonio Williams announcing returns for the 2025 season.
Now, the bookends of the Tigers’ offensive line have capped a parade of returnees for next season.
Right tackle Blake Miller, who was a candidate to turn pro, joined left tackle Tristan Leigh on Jan. 4 in announcing a return.
“We’re coming back,” the pair simply stated on Instagram.
Miller will be a fourth-year starter next season, while the rising redshirt senior Leigh is heading into his third year protecting Klubnik’s blind side. The rising senior quarterback is also returning his top handful of receivers.
It has been a very good offseason for Dabo Swinney in the player retention department. Only five scholarship athletes have entered the transfer portal, and there isn’t a non-senior jumping to the NFL.
Clemson had lost about a dozen transfers in each of the last two offseasons.
The only player who hasn’t made his intentions for next season clear at this point is defensive tackle DeMonte Capehart. The fifth-year senior has received some NFL buzz, but Capehart missed three games this season to an ankle injury and could consider another season at Clemson.
